How can I avoid foreclosure
Posted by gjulio on January 31, 2009 at 09:18:09:How can I avoid foreclosure, I have eight months to reach an agreement with Countrywide myself, I submit all my personal and financial information, but today I was told that did not qualify for a loan modification.
I'm trying to find a company that can negotiate with the bank, but all are asked to pay them a monthly fee, but how can you really know they are going to work in my case and not just want my money.
How a company can recommend?
What are the steps to follow?
