Read Fight Foreclosure! How to cope with a mortgage you can't pay, Negotiate with your bank, and Save your home! (Wiley 2008) Its in many libraries, as well as in major book stores. If it isn't yet in your local library, call and ask the library to order a few.
The easy to read book will guide you.
