forclose on second only

Posted by jeff on October 17, 2006 at 20:07:41:I'm in the midst of an offer on a property that the 2nd has posted a notice of trustee sale on the property door, but the first is not going to sale yet. How can the 2nd go to sale without the first preceeding it?
