Foreclosure, deed in lieu or what - help

Posted by D on October 26, 2006 at 11:32:40:my son is going thru a divorce and was only in their house for 1 1/2 years before the breakup. She doesn't have a job or pay anything. He lost his job because of their problems and just started a new one. We've been helping pay his mortgage because he was ordered to pay all their debt including the mortgage. He has been back living with us with his son and no one is currently living in their house. It is on the market but not selling. We just can't afford to help him any longer. What should he do. We need suggestions.
