The buyer was going to let me stay in my house for 6 months free and then charge me 1200/ mo in rent for a 2 yrs period so i could recover from my divorce. It fell through bank wouldnt accept the terms and the buyer fell out. months later they approved another sale but my $ situation made it nearly impossible to afford to move out . I begged the realtors to hold off 2 months even one they said nothing they could do. I contacted an attorney. He said i could hold it offf by doing a BK. Can i still keep my house. I will get back on my feet im a worker but this divorce was killing me and im in the car biz. Help!
