Foreclosure Eviction

I have some friends that are in a foreclosure situation (for the seond time in less than 2 years). They have no equity built up in the home, they have over $60,000 of judgements and leins against them. She doesn't work, and he works about half the year (maybe makes $15,000) and would have a hard time proving his income. They are insisting that they are able to refinance the home even though they are about 3 weeks from the Sheriff's sale. My first question is - would they have a chance of refinancing and my second question is - if the sheriff's sale goes through, when would they have to be out of the house. They live in Wisconsin.
