Foreclosure question

Posted by Kelly on March 31, 2007 at 19:23:22: Just wondering if a lender can garnish wages or auction personal property to pay the difference from the home auction price and what was owed, and if they place a judgement against you for the difference and you are not financial able to pay how can this be dealt with.
