Than Merrill is an amazing pre-forclosure instructor/investor out of CT, his website is www.CTHomes.com- I just finished a one week seminar with him, and it was amazing. I would buy his materials to get you going- everything, I mean everything is included!(Forms, Scripts, CD's)
