Foreclosure process here in Minnesota takes some time. You don't have to be out all that fast in most cases. There are at least two months before the public auction/Sheriff Sale. And can be up to six months after that before the association can take over the property.
Who are you renting from? The owner who is not paying the association dues? What info did the association give you?
I am here in the Twin Cites so am very familar with the process.
