From you posting you should contact an attorney with out delay. From your posting seem you have several items that need to be address.
(1) If your father is over 62 years of age and has owned and occupies the home as his primary residence you may want to speak with a lender that offers a Reverse Mortgage, because sounds like you father is unable to meet the 1st. trust deed mortgage payments.

Also your father may qualify for a hardship consideration with the first trust deed lender. You’ll need to speak with the first trusted lender and ask what alternative they could offer.

Being that you father hold a 2nd. Trust deed, there may be a possibility for him to borrow the past due amount by subordinating his 2nd. Trust deed position to a new 2nd. Trust deed lender.

Regarding the foreclosure trustee contact information, you can obtain a copy from the county reorders office. You can also call the current lender and speak with them. Please feel free to email if I can share other alternatives.

Again recommend you contact an attorney. Good luck.
