My suggestion is to find a REO agent in your area who has experience in dealing with bank REO’s. Also google the address and see what you may find out. I find posting all over the internet this way. I would contact if possible the listing agent if I found it on the internet. Ask him what he can share with you of the particular of his listing before the home was foreclosed.
