as such there is no conmcerns at for a short sale because you asre paying on the loan- wqhen you strop then after 5 mos they might look at a short but I would try to sell to the renters on a lease option - this will push up the payment revenue or offer it with owner financing to a new buyer that will pay more. either way you have to do something.
