HELOC Foreclosure in Minn.

I cannot continue to pay my 2nd loan (HELOC) on my vacation home. It will go to foreclosure. Can the lender file a deficiency judgment against me in the case of the HELOC, or can only the first mortgage holder file a deficiency judgment in Minnesota?
