Ohio Foreclosure...PLEASE answer

Live in Ohio. Don't want to save house. Home value less than we owe..plus have 30k 2nd loan. In a foreclosure will our private mortgage insurance cover a deficiency on the main lender? Can they take our 401k money? Can they take a couple of acres that we own in Kentucky? The land in Kentucky is paid in full. Any help is appreciated...again, we don't want to stop our foreclosure.
