When you say, "we just want out", do you mean that you want to walk away from your home?
Or rather did you mean "we want out of the stupid hassle the bank is giving us?"
If the first option is what you mean, have you tried to sell the property or attempted a forebearance agreement with the bank?
If the second option is what you meant, are you looking to stop the sale cold and stay in your home?
