I am so confused with all this and overwelmed. I don't know what to do and what my rights are. I can not afford an attorney so I came to the web. Do they have to give us a certain amount of time to be out? I got a letter yesterday Aug 6 that my house will be auctioned on Aug 31. Don't they have to give us time to get out? It was just forclosed on July 31. Which I did not know about till I got this letter on the 6th. I am freaking out.
