Trustee Sale

How long is the redemption period in MD after the trustee's sale? Wells Fargo/ America's Servicing Com are ridicoulous I have a short sale pending the buyer is all set and they are just playing games and stalling instead of accepting her offer which would be more that what they would get for their asking price at the auction...Thats just crazy to me. Its not fair at all. This is my second offer on my home in less than 30days they declined the 1rst due to the amount, and its like they really just want to foreclose instead of working with me.
