I am going through the same situation. Hoping the properties are going to climb, no equity left, property value and mortgage upside down, unable to refi, used up all the reserves, rent money does not cover all the mortgage payment, cannot hold on much longer. Had been current with all the payments up to August. Will not be able to pay for September. Had already placed one of the prop for sale and had been lowering the price every month, still no takers.
