That sounds about right. Afterall if they take this on they will be spending alot of time working on your behalf. Just the time sitting on hold can be hours and hours. Believe me, I outsource this work whenever I can. I like the flat fee much better than some that take a percentage of the sale. Often this will seriously hinder your agent in marketing the property as there is much less in fees to offer buyer agents. Oh, the bank will pay those agent fees but at a slightly lesser rate than average for your area. FYI.
And yes, they could have that high a success rate. They just don't take on ones that they know will not work out. And that speaks to their common sense and business sense.
Like the fact that you can use your own agent or that they will supply one for you.
Now get out there and get an offer to show the bank.
