i understand. i actually just got done with my home going to foreclosure. it was almost to the date that they filed the NOD's. we were late from december 06, and in march 07 they filed the NOD, and then in June 07 received the notice of sale telling me that we had to be out of the house by the 23rd of JULY. timeline was exact. however this is a different case, since they are 2payments behind, and havent actually missed a payment yet.
