Than you for answers, After we received a summons from mortgage companys lawyers my (bad lawyer) sent a agreement to debt or something like that.. I have a judgement on record at courthouse. but they cant have that and collect after sending the 1099 that I had to claim as income can they? If you know of lawyer in fort wayne in area that would be great.If I do nothing will the judgement just sit there? It has been over a year since I have heard from them. it stinks to have pay more lawyer fees but I will if I need to.
