The bankruptcy is how I got rid of the property then a foreclosure due to default and now is going through a Trustee Sale. We got screwed by the lenders and then come to find that the property had major structural defects that we couldnt afford to fix. I was happy to get rid of it but now am facing the consequences. It seems like this whole process is never ending. Follow Ups:
