behind on payment

I need some advice. My husband filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and was discharged. We decided to keep the house but now we can no longer afford it. We have two mortgages with two different companies. My question is: Would we be able to do a deed in Lieu of Forclosure with two mortgages? We would like to sell the house and would be able to get enough to payoff the first mortgage but not the second. Would we still be able to sell the property and not have to pay back the second mortgage. We did not reaffirm the mortgages after the bankruptcy. Our home is in New Hampshire
