I'm not sure about the sheriff sale, how do I go about checking it out? The mortgage is being foreclose on both the farm and the house. I have been leasing out land but it all have been prepaid already. So there is no extra cash coming in. The date filed was in Oct of last year, but judgement didnt take place until Feb of 2007. I been trying to get a short sale but I'm afraid time is running out now. All I want to do is get out and aviod a foreclosure.
All the equipments was included with the purchase when I brought it, so do I have the right to sell it off?
Even if I bring in some extra cash would the bank extend the time until I sell it off?
