Nebraska is a Judicial foreclosure state and after the Sherrif's sale occurs you will have a VERY short period of time (usually about 30-45 days - depending on how fast the courts move there) until the confirmation of sale to find a buyer or to find the funds to redeem the property.
Could you sell several acres to a cash buyer and get the necessary funds to bring the loan current? Do you have equipment that you could sell ASAP to raise the necessary cash?
Also, is the house on a different parcel from the farm or on one parcel only?
