Don't know what % that is of their total portfolio in default but it sure is a step in the right direction.

They will need to redirect some of that recent liquidity infusion into their loan mod and forebearance plans to keep Wall St. happy, though.

I don't see much recruitment by those folks out here for positions in their Loss Mit depts - they may be outsourcing a lot of it these days.

Now, if the borrowers who wait until the last minute will only sit up and take notice...
