My story gets even more messed up. We spoke with the lawyer on Monday. Got all the facts and started the process to file Chapter 13. Went to the bank on Tuesday for one last conversation and to get the exact figures from them, which they did not give me, conveniantly their computer was down, again. Spoke with the president of the bank. He verbally agreed that we would reaffirm the loan and would sign the papers Wednesday at 2:00. Today, Wednesday at 1:30 the bank secretary calls and tells us they have changed their mind and will not reaffirm. We are desperate.
