I have a couple of questions for you.
Is the lender as receptive to doing a ss post-auction as they would be prior to the sale - assuming the net proceeds from the ss would be greater than the expected post-sale sales price less any concessions, listing commissions, etc.?
Could you summarize one of your post-sale ss cases?
