foreclosure

Posted by cynthia braun on August 05, 2006 at 21:42:53: i am half owner of a property in ca. my ex husband is not paying the mortgage payments .i am not on the loan. how will foreclosure affect me? will i be offered an opportunity to buy the house from the lender??
