I'd hate to have the renters dragged into my problems because I made bad financial decisions.
The other homes in my area are just sitting. Even SS or foreclosed homes have no traffic. The price point is just still to high for a lot of borrowers to get funding. I've tried selling with renters intact but like I said, there was no traffic.
How realistic is the SS option for me? Do I be a bad person and just cause havoc on the renters?
