Yes, you'll have to be behind on payments. Though, that's easy enough
to accomplish. Not an attractive option, but one to consider.
Do you have ANY equity in the prop? (Couldn't tell from your post.)
Would there be any incentive for an investor to assume the payments
from you? What about a lease option?
