The ball is in the lender's court. You can prepare for a rejection/counter-offer by keeping market data current and in support of the Offer. You can make sure the buyer is still on board... and perhaps solicit a back-up offer in case the Buyer loses interest and walk, or if the buyer's financing is rescinded.

You should also prepare for an approval which will likely give you 30-45 days to close.
