Lis Pendens (tenant) How to respond?
Posted by Kristena on October 18, 2007 at 23:18:02: How do I, as a tenant, respond to a Lis Pendens? What is the wording I need to use? Is there a template or a form? My landlord is going into foreclosure, and I was served with a Lis Pendens. Is there any disadvantage or advantage to responding to this? The state is Florida if that makes a difference.
