Well OC ANDY seems like you need to find a buyer quick. That is seriously the only option you seem to have my friend. No one is buying homes rite now, I know this, but there are places that can help you. I wish I can help you, but i cant. Website restricts me.. So thats your best option, FIND A BUYER.
