Anyone with an interest in the property being foreclosed is going to be served in this foreclosure action. The process server that showed up at your front door or the certified mail that you received is your notice that in around 5 months the property will be sold at auction.
If you are on a month-to-month or even fixed term lease, now is a good time to look for other housing, or, if you are in a financial position to be able to buy the home, you may be able to negotiate a deal with your current landlord - assuming you like the home well enough to buy.
As far as FL tenant-landlord law is concerned, you'll need to do some digging for the treatment of how deposits are handled under this situation; although your rental agreement/lease agreement should spell this out. Still check the FL T/L regs for any caveats due to landlord default.
