Please help me. I am moving to new place but could not sell my house in CA. If I will leave my house and will stop making mortgage payment, what will happen after the foreclosure sale? Does the Lender will follow me for his/her lose, if I have some money in my saving account or other assets? What about mortgage insurance that I am currently payong, will it help me or it will protect the lender?
