foreclose and owning another property

Posted by chris on August 07, 2006 at 07:45:04: We are almost 2 months late of the morgage, and soon will be in danger of forclosure. The person that I own the house with has another home. We are in Massachusetts. Will they take his house or put a lean on it? What actualys happens with a lean?
