How Long?

I live in Reno. My husband was the only one on the loan and he passed away in March. The deed is in our Trust. I am delinquent 3 months. How long do I have to move out and will this effect my credit since I am not on the loan? Can the bank take my $$ from savings since it is also in the Trust.
