If the mortgage is only in one of the homeowners name however the orginal title is in the husbands and wifes name will the foreclosure hit both credits? It is currently only reporting on one of their reports the one who applied for the mortgage. The wife applied for the mortgage and is listed as the borrower however the husband is also listed and he signed the orginal mortgage deed?
