agreed moving in, renovating the place and holding onto it until market recovers. I took my father there and we noticed that the foundation is cracked all the way around two sides of the house and sinking (2~3"). Walls are twisting, paint is cracking and shadering in some places, some of the walls are literaly floating with gaps below them (1" or more) and you can't close some of the doors to save your life... if a home is complete crap (structuraly damaged) how does that affect the foreclosure option? Can't a bank only go after the difference between sale and property worth? Any suggestions?
