National sites are typically lucky to be 25-35% accurate. Even the big name organizations are quite poor. An accuracy of over 50% would be high (IMHO).

Your best bet continues to be local data servicers who go down to the courthouse every day. Most will charge in the neighborhood of $75-100 per month per county but the information is up-to-date.

Your other choice is to do it yourself.
