Your lender(s) need to be made aware of your bankruptcy. Call them, ask for the bankruptcy division (most lenders have one), and provide them with the date of filing, your filing/case number, and the name/number of your attorney. They will be in violation of federal law if they continue to ask for payments. Once the bankruptcy is discharged, they may pursue foreclosure to regain their property, but cannot pursue you on any balance left after the foreclosure sale.
