Just saw this. FYI, MD has a period similar to redemption, called 'ratification'. Ratification takes a minimum of 30 days. It is the time frame where the Circuit Court examines the whole sale procedure for a given property, and when three weekly advertisements are placed to tell of the sale and to elicit any objections to the sale. Once that process is complete and the court auditor "OK's" the sale for ratification, then the trustee has given you 30 days to settle. So in other words you have at least 60 days from the day of sale, and usually longer, to settle. Follow Ups:
