I live in California. My lender is reviewing my financial statement to determine whether we can get back on track or go into foreclosure. Does anyone know how I can contact the lender in addition to calling them. I have called the person assigned to my account and the general telephone number to speak to them and I cannot get anyone, I have left numerous messages and stilln no one calls me back. I have been calling every single day with no luck. Is there any recourse that I might have? While the person assigned to my account is reviewing my paperwork, time is passing and I have money to send them. So I have no idea what to do at this point? Any advice would be apprediciated.
