Thanks for quick reply. Rev mort would be great but probably not available. Over time he has eaten up the equity paying for help with trips to VA hospital in Vas Vegas and with maintenance of the house. I'll explore every option but the main concern is being allowed to hold onto Soc Sec and VA pension if foreclosure occurs.
