CA Foreclosure

With the current real estate market, it's tough to sell a house. My
house has been on the market for 8 months already. What I owe and
the fair market value of the house is on a straight line right now. With
the way the market is going, soon I will owe more than the value. I'm
one payment behind now., and it's tough to keep up financially. Zero
equity. What's my options? What is involved in the process of
foreclosure in CA? What are the after affects of the foreclosure? A
