already forclosed- now what

Posted by corry on November 20, 2007 at 07:02:52: I have had sherriff sales on 2 rental properties that I can not afford to keep due to numerous dead beat tenants. I have no money to redeem them anyways....I cant find anyone to buy them. The redemption period is almost up---do I now file for bankrupcy, or just leave the foreclosures on my credit...which is worse? I am in Michigan.
