Hello, the problem facing most people currently is that they are having a difficult time paying the increase new adjustable rate payments. In the declining market most are experiencing property value are less that the going markets. Some choose to sell there home utilizing a short sale specialist. Possibly that way you may not have to come out of pocket with any money. Good luck
