Foreclosure - STOP it with Chapter 13
Posted by Anna on November 21, 2007 at 16:55:02: You can stop Foreclosure quickly by filing chapter 13, use the repayment method thru the Bankruptcy court. I am not a lawyer, just helping a friend to do his. You can do it on your own. Don't be afraid, do it quickly, you can stretch it out for appx 90 days, gives you time to sell etc. On autos check out NADA and find teh value of you auto, if you own more than the NADA quote, use the "cram down" option. You only pay the bank the NADA quote. File the chapter 13 before it goes into foreclosure. Empower yourself with the knowlegge. Fight back against the big boys. Stop all creditors in their tracks.
