In a perfect world I can just walk away. Thats really hard to admit but I bit off more then I can chew right now. I work two jobs, have a roommate and I just can't keep being "house poor" anymore, it's just not worth it. I have several great rentals I have the opportunity to rent for CHEAP through some friends as well as my parents(they own several properties).
Anyway, I will call my loan company(Wells Fargo) and see what they have to say. Thanks a lot for your information.
